Stedman Hines, MBA, PMP, RN
Stedman brings a dynamic blend of clinical expertise and strategic leadership to VitalShift Health. His nursing background includes critical care experience in cardiac intensive care, medical-surgical units, and clinical research. In addition to his clinical credentials, Stedman holds an MBA and has a robust background in project management, having led large-scale healthcare and technology initiatives. He also has extensive experience in long-term care, particularly with patients affected by dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. His unique ability to bridge clinical care with operational strategy drives innovation and excellence across the organization.
Milo Gilliam, LPN, CCHT, CPR & First Aid Instructor
Milo is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in hemodialysis, including managing acute emergency care in high-pressure settings. His clinical background also includes correctional healthcare and skilled nursing for patients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other chronic conditions. Milo is also a certified CPR and First Aid instructor, committed to empowering others with life-saving skills. He is known for his calm under pressure, clinical precision, and dedication to delivering safe, ethical, and patient-centered care.
